In the grand scheme of REAL civilization what will be remembered? The looting of the oil or the the destruction of the remains of a glorious civilization?

Who gave the order to protect the Oil Ministry while encouraging/allowing the destruction of priceless antiquities by mindless looters as US troops looked on with tacit approval and all live on TV. Barbarians and Vandals gave the orders. Real crimes against our humanity and all civilization. Well not in my name.

LOL. First of all we aren't getting any of the oil. 2nd, it will be the oil revenues not the priceless antiquties that will pay for the reconstruction of Iraq. 3rd, our government spends billions of dollar developing precision weapons and restrictive strategies to limit collateral damage.

Why don't you criticize the Taliban in Afghanistan. They purposefully destroyed ancient sites as they offended their Islamic sensibilities.
