My guess is the voice was Pakistani, since the ISI and CIA both set up Al Qaeda. I heard one of the justifications for false flag attacks, just the other day, and it makes perfect sense. Create a problem, and then step in with a 'solution' - Like the invasion of Afghanistan, Iraq and the Patriot Acts' etc. The big trouble can come when the repercussions cause co-lateral damage that gets beyond ANYBODY's control. The Elite have bunkers in which they can hide, but I hope they enjoy each other's company, and have worked how everyone can be in charge. They may be in a bunker for a few hundred years, so the next few generations could complicate things. If the 'elite,' are trapped in a bunker for a thousand years, will the gene pool be big enough?
