They gave me the upgrade for free and I stored 400 MB mp3s before with their free service:

Sounds pretty interesting. I know a lot of folks carry around their whole music library on their iPods now, but I have (gasp!) yet to invest in one...

I used to set up shoutcast server and stream music from home, bu tit was a little too rigid (couldn't fastforward directly, etc).

The service looks very good. 'm uploading now and it will take some time because it's my whole collection that I will try to up.
I would never kick my stored music because of an online locker but once I lost 40 Gig of my MP3s and I wished I would have something like oboe then...

I may try this. Thanks for the clip. I sometimes wonder what the 'hitch' is with this type of site. Can you trust them not to pirate-ize your music? The must have loads of music on their servers and all of it free. What keeps them from using it for their own gain? Or is this question invalid?

Hmmm. I really don't know why I should care if they "piratize" my music. It's them beeing criminal then, not me
