No alan... The military tribunals are show trials, completely different thing. And completely unnecessary as well. As for Haditha, as well as for many other cases (as far back as My Lai) in wartime the Military Tribunal system has a history of scapegoating low ranking officers, noncoms, and privates in order to serve as a CYA instrument for the military. Looks like justice was served and no one got scapegoated. As for blaming it on the lower ranking people, well in my experience in the military if your subordinates mess up it goes on your record too.
