sillysam says: I guess that anything is code for "black" yet rebubbacans whent ballistic over "lipstick on a pig" saying it was code speak for Pit Bull Palin. LMAO Some people did most of us realize that Barack wasn't trying to insult Sarah Palin, but the comment by Patterson is no comparison. I will say this, the people in the crowd listening to Barack thought the comment was about Palin. You can here it in the reaction. I will say this, the people in the crowd listening to Barack thought the comment was about Palin. You can here it in the reaction.I think you take liberties making this claim. I think you've seen nothing more than a 15-second clip of the "incident". Obama wasn't talking about Palin. He hadn't mentioned Palin even once, or even alluded to her, when he made the comment. He was talking about McCain's "maverick" image as the lipstick on the pig of continued Republican policies. If you want to make the comment about Palin somehow, she's the lipstick (wow! isn't she exciting and different!) on said pig (same old, same old). When you can't win on the issues... feign outrage. Exactly what the Dems are doing. Where is Obama's big plan to save America? All he is about is negativity. Look at his ads, I want him to explain what his plan is; stop attacking Sen McCain's plan and produce something other than lies. I do not trust this man! |
