                        WAUKESHA, Wis. — A New Berlin student accused of blackmailing other boys for sex in a scam that started on Facebook may learn this week whether he will stand trial.</DIV><BR />Anthony Stancl (STAN-sihl) is accused of posing as a girl on the social networking site and tricking his classmates, one as young as 15, into sending him naked photos of themselves. A criminal complaint says the 18-year-old then used the photos to blackmail the boys for sex acts.
						<BR /><DIV>
                        Defense attorney Craig Kuhary has said Stancl plans to plead not guilty to the charges.</DIV><BR />A preliminary hearing is set for Thursday. The district attorney has to prove that sufficient evidence exists for the case to move to trial.
