willhelm says: I figured the ink for my Epson photo printer at $13,000 per gallon. These comparisons are stupid. Does anyone (other than the US congress) need to use 15 gallons of printer ink a week? By your logic, water should cost more than gasoline. I don't see how this is an illogical comparison lol... This is pretty rediculous. Personally I usually just by a new cheap printer, it's cheaper!! Its crazy when its cheaper to buy a new printer than it is to buy replacement ink cartridges. Something is going on there that I don't like. Fishy! Ya, but how many pictures do you get? per gallon pictures... I don't think that has anything to do with the price, ink certainly does not normally cost this much, it's monopolistic manipulation. Oh come on, it's a free market, competition and all determines prices. Design managers puts a lock on ink usage options requiring the use of their very special ink and requiring you to stay hooked up like a junky and you don't like it, thats all. It's not so bad. Soon you will see someone will have developed the same hook on clean water. I just love madness with a method. Do you think we could put a hook on the air too? I'll assume you're being sarcastic... If that the case then I certainly agree. We'll probably be begging big buisness for the right to exist before too long. |
