bignosemousie says: Because I live under a rock, I found many interesting things on this list. Poking around the links led me to some very good articles. I learned a lot about how companies can use Twitter to interact with their customer base, as well as ways to screw that all up. One article about a blogger who's internet went down on the weekend and he couldn't get the issue resolved, so he went on Twitter and other bloggers picked up on the Comcast problem. And boom Within 20 minutes of my first Twitter message I got a call from a Comcast executive in Philadelphia who wanted to know how he could help. He said he monitors Twitter and blogs to get an understanding of what people are saying about Comcast, and so he saw the discussion break out around my messages. Who would of thought the Comcast bigwig responded so quickly??? You never know, you know. |
