Well, PayPal said that it wanted to be more like a bank. I guess charging people bullshit hidden fees is how they go about doing so.

How could paypal honestly believe this would go unnoticed?

Go through your paypal transactions with a fine tooth comb folks......

Never notified............Have had PAYPAL account for
"years"........Will definitely question any additional fees, on next bill.
Thanks for the head's up......... They are lyin' GREED-mongers.............This is the first I have read or heard of this....
