RecordSage says: Currently when looking at one's Collections - one can only click on one Collection at a time to see the relevant clipmarks. What would be even nicer is to be able to select multiple Collections and view clipmarks for all of the selected Collections. Perhaps adding an option on the bottom next to New and Delete to be View, which would look at all checked Collections and display their relevant clipmarks. Yes, make sense, we want too much convenience, all for free. arifsali, this is an IDEA, not a demand. The CM guys came up with the site for these ideas so they can pull other people's thoughts on the subject. But CM guys came up with this site and so it's up to them... I'm simply suggesting something that might be useful, that's all. I'm in total agreement with you that they should make money from CM, they certainly more than deserve it, considering the product, its usefulness and the amount of effort they've put into it and continue to. great idea for clipmarks...make money I agree RS, the reason I used the words "we want too much" is because I sense a lack of any news from any VC taking over this product (or however way startup generates revenue) so I tend to shy away from suggesting anything that just particularly could help me improve my experience. I know this is perhaps something no one would like me (or anyone else) to do or say, but I'm just humble in what I have gotten for free. This site provides way too many convenient features for what I do on the internet. So please do not take my comments as offensive. Too bad they can't come out with a commercial version that corporations and businesses could 'buy' and leave this version free and unspoiled. Perhaps eventually ClipMarks will become so popular that businesses will be screaming for a custom version for their intranets Perhaps we could be called biased, but I truely believe that they're sitting on a goldmine (that is their code). You are absolutely right about corporate world. This is a sure replacement of email and other types of communication, which are already dead in the corporate world. No offense taken, arifsali, I totally agree with you... I think the CM guys deserve all kinds of kudos and if there will be a fee-based approach - I'll be the first in line to sign up and support it. However, since they provided a vehicle for people to make suggestions - they get some benefits because 'two heads are better than one' and when they finally do cash in - it'll be that much better. |
