The Republicans are really pretty good, aren't they?

Obama is accused of being friends (and supportive) of domestic terrorist, stuff that happen when he was eight years old -- and this is what we hear about for months and months...

...and this is the lead in to this week's McCain emails and automatic phone calls, which starts off with the false claim that Obama is friends with a terrorist.

But this clip shows the Chief of McCain's transition team had been a lobbyist for Saddam Hussein!

Amazing. Not just Republican success in shouting down opposition (or, trying to), making false claims, but their ability to hypocritically ignore their own actions -- which every time prove to be worse.

Well...it's good they are not getting away with this stuff anymore, challenged by the Democratic Party more strongly, challenged by the Obama campaign and challenged by lots of people here -- there -- and where ever it pops up.

At least we can be pretty sure that William Timmons won't ha

Hey Republicans loved Saddam Hussein in the 80's. Couldn't get enough of him. He was their boy.

He was the guy who the Reagan and Bush administration sold precursor biological and chemical weaponry.

Anyone paying attention isn't surprised. Of course this doesn't include the average rebubbacan voter.

The brilliance of your insight in the face of fact is overwhelming, chestnut. At least you know how to spell "You're" correctly.

chesnut,

Please check yourself into the closest history class.

You need it big time.

The pictures of Donald Rumsfeld in Baghdad shaking Saddam Hussein's hand are not fakes.

@BobbyRutan > You mentioned about the Bush Administration selling "precursor biological and chemical weaponry," to Saddam Hussein.

That is an amazing fact, isn't it? Not only was it some private companies but the CDC itself.

It makes me think of the anthrax attacks that came one week after 9/11 -- in envelopes with the message: 'Death to America! Praise Allah,' -- and now it's been proved that this anthrax came from the USA's own biological warfare lab, the FBI claiming it was the sole action of one of our (now dead) scientist.

It sure raises a lot of questions.
