Carbon Dioxide (CO2) is not pollution and Global Warming has nothing to do with pollution. The average person has been misled and is confused about what the current Global Warming debate is about, greenhouse gases. None of which has anything to do with air pollution. Not only will utilities increase in costs (I understand over a $1000 per year for each household) but also everything we consume. All industries that produce anything in America will have to spend a great deal of money to become CO2 free and they surely are not going to absorb the costs themselves. Plus, how much more of an advantage is this going to give to overseas manufacturers who are not penalized with this requirement? We will not be able to compete.

This is crazy to pass this bill during the present economic decline.
