I played it, maybe a lot...
It was fun and you can see the programming effort behind every character. It is also very customizable, you can change most of the things on it very easily.

The bad thing about it is that Elecbyte stopped the development some time ago (a few years, If I remember properly).

If you like fighting games, you will surely enjoy it.
