But this will be compassionately administered by high-powered government bureaucrats who will develop all kinds of assistance plans to help the rural, the poor, the blind - why in 10 years there might be more people administering the mileage plans and taxes than people driving. And isn't that the point? No one is allowed to drive anywhere? Uh ... no. I hear now they are going to impliment a tax on breathing. Why not? Breathing is over rated anyway. |
