<P><FONT class="f14" id="zoom">　　“国网公司在两三个月前就开始调节收入，有三种下调比例的说法，分别是40%、30%和27%。”一位不愿意透露姓名的电力系统专家昨日告诉《第一财经日报》，他曾从中国电力联合会处听到消息称，这场控制收入的行动，直接来自于劳动和社会保障部对其的要求。</FONT></p> <P><FONT class="f14" id="zoom">　　对此说法，本报截至发稿前，未能从劳动和社会保障部得到确认。</FONT></p> <P><FONT class="f14" id="zoom">　　上述专家透露，国网公司的处级干部年薪在未调整之前约为30万~40万元，司局级干部的约为50万~60万元。</FONT></p> <P><FONT class="f14" id="zoom">　　而在上述收入中，工资占其中不到50%的比例，更多的收入以各种“额外奖金”的形式发放，“比如完成任务奖啊，超收电量奖啊。”他说，部分员工每月住房补贴达数千元。</FONT></p> <P><FONT class="f14" id="zoom">　　有电力监管部门人士也向本报证实了国网公司处级和司局级干部拥有上文提及的普遍收入水平。他表示，在某些区域电网公司，工资占收入的比例较小，其余部分也有以巨额保险的形式按年发放。这位人士表示，原在中西部电网系统工作的他，曾领过的单项最大保险金额超过10万元。</FONT></p> <P><FONT class="f14" id="zoom">　　知情人士表示，此次控制收入的行动，在具体落实上，国网公司员工的许多津贴被列为不准发放的“工资性收入”，“比如部分多交3倍的养老保险金，部分住房公积金等，都在6月份开始停止缴纳。”</FONT></p> <P><FONT class="f14" id="zoom">　　这位人士称，除了国网公司之外，大唐国际发电股份有限公司等五大发电集团也开始了不同程度的调节收入行动。
