I saw a TV special about this on the Travel Channel called Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern.

It seems that the Chinese eat many strange foods, especially testicles, because they are considered aphrodisiacs.

Dog testicles, from what I understand, although they do have a delicious nut-like flavor, they have a bit of a bite to them.
