Bane's comment is convoluted in logic: Blackwater is NOT a "security service"---that isa euphemism they wish you to adopt. By their very structure, and their actions, they are a private corporate military force, i.e.-mercenaties under contract to the govt. They are deeply intertwined with the CIA, which has utilized "store-front" operations for 50 years to cover operations and funnel black budget projects.

Blackwater's presence in New Orleans during Katrina was the first stage of an eventual deployment AGAINST the American populace.
