Depends on how you mean "ship".

According to Democrats, this is bad news for 2008.

On another note, Charlie Gibson of ABC News reports: "the news from Iraq is, well, there is no news. There were no explosions or casualties in Iraq today."

In other words, the fact we are winning is not news.
