These clauses are showing up in more and more purchase contracts.

If they would build a reliable product, they would not need a clause in contract. GIT R DONE auto makers; it would be about time.

Debbyski is right, the thing to do is walk; after letting the dealer or retailer know, in no uncertain terms,
exactly what you think about this practice.
