dorine says: Seems like a better way. Its the first I have heard of it.. It kind of gives me the creeps. Just like cremation. There are other activities which are a lot more polluting than cremation. I doubt "green cremation" will make any difference in the fight against global warming or pollution. Even when we die, we harm the environment. Hey, if we should try to drive without polluting, why not be cremated environmentally friendly? Wish I would have know about this when my son was cremated. That was six years ago, come September, so maybe it wasn't used yet. I think I will look further into it for my own cremation. Thanks Dorine What of hard materials like bone and teeth? Are they dissolved as well or is there a requirement for further 'processing'? And why not just be put in a paper bag or carton or bamboo casket(as one comic actor did) buried and a tree planted on top...we are degradable you know...well thats what i want. We are not that dangerous...the way we go on, its like we are nuclear waste |
