Hot humid days are the worst possible combination in terms of affecting our behaviour...

I live in Texas. I knew this 20 years ago when I suffered through my first summer here.

I'm really not sure about the science behind it, but it really does seem true. I live on the rainy Oregon coast where the winters are dark and depressing, due to the nearly constant clouds, high winds and rain, and the cold temperatures. But I feel so refreshed when summer comes, I feel so at ease with myself.

I live in austin, tx. it is near 100 degrees lately & high humidity, i feel rotten, my work trip to the rockies really awakened me to this fact...a move may be in my near future.peace!
