It's totally residential, non-touristic Paris. It's close to La Campagne à Paris, a beautiful neighborhood built around 1907 on the hill created by the earth removed and piled-up while tunneling for the métro line-3. It was later (20s) developed into housing for blue-collar workers but has since become some of the most beautiful and, as a result, expensive real estate in the city.
