How true this is. I decided to simple not put up with it anymore. I have no proof but my gut tells me that proselytizing is the major complaint people have against Christians.

Hypocrisy is a close second for me, but it's their stew they dine upon, so I hope they enjoy it.

I don't see how you can stereotype people.

I am a Christian and I do not believe that people are Atheists because they have not heard the Good News.

And secondly, hypocrisy is wrong and I do not like it, but we must remember that Christian's are Christian's because we admit we are sinners and realise we need to be forgiven by Christ. Being a Christian does not mean that we believe that we perfect or sinless. And those Christian's who are hypocrites are sinners too and need to sort themselves out because they represent other Christian's and ultimately Christ.

Oh, really, I've never heard that before. (yes, I'm being unapologetically sarcastic). I don't care if you think other people are sinners. I've heard that tune before and I'm not singing your song. In fact, when I was growing up that one Christian belief that everyone was a sinner is the main idea that set me on the road to atheistic freedom. Then to follow it up with your "solution" for this biblical sin is to believe in your interpretation of a deity (let's hear it for backdoor proselytizing) proves the subject of my comment. It's as though prosyltizing is a compulsion for certain Christians. Go peddle your wears somewhere else, I'm not buying. (I can feel a prayer washing over me now to save my soul)..

I don't know about the atheists, but I am now Wiccan because of the earthly church. Its judgemental attitude and lack of vision turned me away from my born-again Christian path.

Well, as far as Wicca goes I know I've never had to throw on a robe and answer the doorbell on a Sunday morning to turn away a pair of Wiccans. Thank you very much.

We're a lazy bunch. We like to sleep in on Sundays.
