Rebecca Ruiz says: Some French chefs, with support from President Nicolas Sarkozy, are spearheading a movement to have French cuisine recognized as a world heritage cuisine by UNESCO. The United Nations body is known for recognizing sites like Machu Picchu, the Great Wall of China, and even storytelling of Kyrgyzstan, but it has yet to recognize a cuisine. Do you think it should?
