Richard Burr , R,NC) also put extra dollars in the ad agencies pockets, by requiring the government to contract with them in order to advertise health initiatives to the public. If one reads some of the Repub. plans, one finds a lot of stipulations about studying and promoting (advertising) "healthy lifestyles" to the citizens and then tracking individual citizen's progress in response to said promotion.
