Obstructing the course of justice.
There is a joke like that in Australia, while it seems prejudiced to a point but it is more a joke about prejudice, and the irony that the law can be as insane in real life.
Two (insert minority group here ) were walking down the road. They were hit by a police car. One went through the windscreen, the other was thrown into the bushes beside the road.
The first was charged with breaking and entering. The second was charged with leaving the scene of a crime.
Why does the Law act like this?-Because it can.
