When the father took away his son’s cell phone as punishment for the fraternal spat, the police said, Turner’s aggressive behavior escalated then exploded the next day.</p> <P>Turner laid down on the bottom part of his bunk bed and began kicking the top bed until it collapsed on him, the police said. His mother tried to lift the bed off her son, but Turner kicked her in the throat while she was trying to help him, reports the <A target="_new" href="http://www.capecodonline.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20091009/NEWS/910090328">Cape Cod Times</A>.</p> <DIV id="AdMiddle">
