It's sad for anyone to go so young, especially just after giving birth to her daughter.

Yeah, we just broke the story over here at Starpulse. It was weird how these things happen. First you hear she collapses, then she's in the hospital, then she dies. Then she's not dead, then she dies. Ah well...

Skiff,
I was running on the treadmill Tuesday and Anna was on the television and she was obviously under the influence of something. I told the person running next to me that this woman would not live for more than another year. The person asked me why I thought so and I said she obviously has a bad substance abuse problem along with the recent tragedy of her son dying.
Anna Nicole was a breathtakingly beautiful woman and it's a shame no one has ever seemed to try to help her with her problems. It's so sad.

Wow! I am still shocked! This is the first I've heard about her death... I feel really bad for Dannielynn Hope... Man! Does anyone know what caused her death or is that information being kept private?

For heaven's sake I hope that baby is kept away from her mother's "partner" Howard Stern! He was present or in close proximity when both Smith and her son died....is there some connection?

If the baby is Stern's, and she dies too, wouldn't Stern inherit the millions which might be paid to Smith's estate as a result of her long-running lawsuit against her billionaire hubby's family?

Geez...this sounds like the worst real-life soap opera in history.

i think it's sad when anyone short of a terrorist dies-- but all things considering-- she was a train wreck waiting to happen-- i don't think this is hollywood's biggest shocker...
at least the magazines will have a cover story instead of 'Justin Timberlake's new chic' for the 4th week in a row!

Rest in Peace Anna. May you have the peace in death that you never had in life.

What is shocking is what Yahoo! is doing in her wake.

1. Last night, their homepage had a picture of her with the words: "Candle in the Wind." I'm not kidding.

2. This morning they had "Why we cared about Anna:
She persevered when others would have given up."

I realize it's sad she died, but this isn't exactly a cultural icon...
