For those of you who have not seen the Vacuum Cleaner Attachment clip, you just will not appreciate just how funny skwirlinator comment is.

The Russians are trying to prove that they are back and not a thing of the past by ratcheting up thier military focus.

The recent flights of the Bear bombers with nukes is an event(all we can do is accidentally move them across country) as is this 'new' bomb. Truth be told it's not new at all, but they have upped the size. I guess in war, size does matter. (a direct tie-in to Skirls comment)
