Germany sees us as what they had been. Only we now
have nuclear power. Great deal to be afraid of.

Just a thought. I admit I don't know the answer. However, as the American dollar plunges against foreign currencies it makes American companies quite attractive for purchasing. It costs far less these days for foreign countries to buy US companies because of their stronger currencies.

Dubai just bought 20% of Nasdaq.

Perhaps Germany doesn't want to be left out of the coming buying frenzy of American companies by international companies.

Sacrifice your own citizens and get in on the deals.
