that's ok, that will be their own down fall. The focus should be on alternative fuel sources.

China and Russia are propping up countries that have horrific human rights issues.

They enable and finance oppresive governments while millions of the citizens starve to death or worse.

The West better wake up to reality, as our purchasing dollars finance China & Russia and they use those dollars to support dictators and worse.

And, China does not have to spend a dime on "alternatives". They will let the West spend the money to develop the alternatives, then will laugh all the way to the bank when the companies like GE, open plants in China. Zero cost investment will gain them the patents and equipment, just like they have now for nearly every product manufactured in the world.
