I wasn't even impressed with what he said...and now they start backtracking. What a sad joke! The good news is that the movement to alternative sources of energy is inevitable. The bad news is that the U.S. is not taking a leadership role because Bush is an "oil man." True. The odds of gov't making it happen are slim to none. Again, there needs to be a way to get a ton of private investors to seek out what reserch has been done and make it happen privately. Just like the Rocket Competition that Richard Branson sponsored. Do this for fuel. The real problem however will be that those in power can crush anything because they contorl the laws. The keen thing would be to find some way of doing this like they did in that movie Back to the Future, with the car that ran on garbage. |
