I'm quite fond of vermouth, but a lot of people think it's horrible. Probably because all they've ever had is sickly-sweet bottom-shelf supermarket vermouth.

This stuff looks well worth trying. And it's appellation d'origine contrôlée, so you know it's held to high standards.
