Best hangover prevention is take 2 aspirin and FORCE yourself to drink at least 12 ozs of water before crashing.

Drink a glass of water for every alcoholic beverage you drink. This is easier if you alternate while you are drinking, rather than coming home and drinking 6 glasses of water, which would most likely make you vomit.

My buddy's g/f practically chases him around with glasses of water when he drinks... But its the times she doesn't when he has the worst hangovers

My g/f just reminds me I'll regret it in the morning :|
