If you weren't so dumbed down and asleep you would have realised that like your saviour Obama, what FEMA says it will do and what it actually does are two different things.

This is just getting people used to seeing foreign troops/police etc. on American soil it is well documented by their own admission, for those who bother to look that this is what they will do.

I'm sure this will eventually dawn upon you only after you have gleefully given up all your rights and marched into your local FEMA (concentration) camp.
