So, business as usual. Noriega, Saddam, the Contras and on and on. Meddling in Third World countries has almost never paid off. Yet it does and will continue.

It does pay off because the leaders will gladly spend 50 million of YOUR dollars to protect 1 million of THEIR dollars.
