hmmm... it doesn't explain some other forms of OOB experiences. I don't claim to be an expert by any means, but I have had a number of experiences and a couple of experiences that someone else has been able to validate for me. There was no one probing my brain at the time.

I'm sure that it's true that OOB sensation can be provoked as described in this article but what it tells me is that it's possible to do without electrical provocation as well. All this means to me is that they found a way to prove it happens or a way to provoke it in a clinical setting. So that's a good thing.

I also think that NDE (Near Death Experience) can be provoked similarly but I also believe that it happens naturally.
