I don't think so, but it's a funny thought. ericw and I are both huge fans of Dylan -- Bringing It All Back Home was one of the most influential albums in my life (I was 16 when I first heard it).

I like this album too and i think it was "en avant-garde".

Totally agree with that. I think I have more faith in Cate Blanchette pulling it off than Richard Gere. And David Cross as Allen Ginsberg?? ... this will be very interesting, and I'm very much looking forward to it.
