I don't think so, but it's a funny thought. ericw and I are both huge fans of Dylan -- Bringing It All Back Home was one of the most influential albums in my life (I was 16 when I first heard it).

I ain't gonna work on Maggie's farm no more...the vandals took the handles,....look out kid, don't matter what you did...past the haunted, frightened trees...Ma, I'm only bleeding. Yeah, some of those words are indelibly etched on my brain.

I like this album too and i think it was "en avant-garde".
I had to wait a long, long time to undertand it...(^v^)

Adam, are you and EricW looking forward to the movie about Bob Dylan, I'm Not There? I cannot picture Cate Blanchette portraying Dylan, can you?

I'm definitely curious. The Cate Blanchette thing is a bit too weird for me, but she's so good she'll probably pull off something that makes sense.

Totally agree with that. I think I have more faith in Cate Blanchette pulling it off than Richard Gere. And David Cross as Allen Ginsberg?? ... this will be very interesting, and I'm very much looking forward to it.
