                    Para algumas categorias e profissões, por exemplo, as que são formadas por agentes políticos, que detém parte do poder do Estado, que são os juízes, promotores e advogados públicos, todas as regras de conduta já existem a partir da Constituição, sendo dispensável um Código de Ética. 
                    Entretanto, o Código de Ética é fundamental para qualquer profissão, porque ele objetiva evitar racionalizações acerca de comportamentos duvidosos, que afetam o discernimento da pessoa, justificando condutas ou atos humanos desleais, amorais ou desonestos.
