Awesome. You know I never actually knew? We had a microwave bacon pan while I was growing up, so I've had trouble pan-frying it. Now i know!

Never crowd the pan, no matter what you are cooking.

Ohhhhhh so your supposed to cook it! huh, all this time I thought it was like summer sausage. "peel n eat" Maybe that's why my BLT's are so chewey? I've been eating it right from the fridge and it never dawned on me to cook the stuff. I'll give it a try, but I still *&^ ugggh *&%$# 9999 ~~~ sorry, just a mild heart attack. I'll give it a try but I still love my RBRB's with cheese. "Raw Bacon and Raw Burger w cheese. Goes great with frozen fries.

Great & accurate article.Bottom line...patience. You can not cook bacon in 5 minutes. You can find several articles re this tasty, goes with everything, treat at the Cooking For Engineers Web. ( lots of other good foodie stuff too )
