A little ironic that 47 years ago Obama was born.

47 years ago, I was in grade school. We had the typical fire drills like children have today. But we had another type of drill too. We had air raid drills. We were in the Cold War with Russia. In the beginning it didn't seem very cold. It started with the real threat of being blown off the face of the Earth. Later, it became more of a propaganda showdown. People were so afraid of the Communists that they built bomb shelters. Can you imagine being that afraid....in America?
