Utterly disgusting and inhuman. Making profit off the pain and suffering of other people is lower than low. It's just pure, unadulterated evil!

Another thing about this is, to the best of my knowledge, these people didn't found the company. They are nothing more than hired guns. They knew when they took the job that their insane income would be derived from denying people care they needed and/or paid for. They cannot have a moral fiber in their soul under those conditions.
