pay-to-say? hmm where have I heard of this before? oh wait! it's called advertising I learned a valuable lesson in product/service reviews while working for a start up in the fast and furious ramp up to Dot-Bom. All you needed to do back then to get a raving review from an industry magazine was to commit to a couple full-page ads per year. They would sing your praises until the cows game home. Unfortunately, there just weren't enough words to cover the faults of companies spending cash while having no hope of delivering a good product or service.
