The Ohio-class submarines served their purpose well during the 1970s and 1980s.  Then comes <A href="http://www.fas.org/nuke/control/start2/index.html">START II</A> in the early ’90s and an agreement by the U.S. to reduce the number of strategic missile submarines, and the present decade brings new threats.  What to do with all of these Boomers?
