I find it amazing how, for people on the left, it always comes back to Bush. This was a clip about Hezbollah, Latin America, and the weakness of the tri-border area.

If it were a clip about Katrina, the tsunami, or some malaria outbreak in Outer Mongolia, we can count on someone making some obscure connection to the Bush administration.
