Not for one minute do I believe that Ms. Clinton would change the current status or policies now in place in Iraq or our current policy concerning Iran. If she has any intelligence information, she knows that it is of utmost importance to stay the course. Of course, she can't come right out and say that; but as much as I dislike and distrust her, I don't believe she would commit national suicide. Things are a lot more serious *once* you get in office and get the power. Suddenly, truly, the weight of the entire world is on your shoulders and political sound-bites just don't cut it.

I agree with you, Jatfla. The only people HRC can fool is the hard Leftists and they're easy to fool. I suspect there will be little or no change if she is President and that includes not only staying the course in Iraq, but completing the Bush objective of changing the face of the Middle East and playing hard-ball with Iran. My only concern is here competence, moral clarity, and progressive designs.

Well, Jatfla, She certainly would not be the best president. I am just saying she is Bill Clinton-Lite. She is more of an ideologue, which only means she will be probably the most ineffective president of the last 150 years, a simple reactionary blip on the map. There is no need to fret about it. I certainly do not like the prospect, but at least it will not be Obama. Then, we can straighten it out in 4 years.
