1) as republicans, you may not understand the difference between having people place investments in a fund, and stealing the money for your pockets.

2) nothing will blow a rightwinger's brain out faster than the concept that large companies see an investment opportunity in alternatives to paying ever-rising costs for petroleum based energy. as we all know, Al Gore is obviously the only thing standing in the way of petroleum providing us a reliable supply of clean and cheap energy forever.

I see...it's OK for capitalists to make obscene amounts of money pollutin the planet but not for Green equity funds to profit. Who's the hypocrite here?...not Gore. The change from an Oil-based economy to a green economy won't be done for free.
Not that I have any money to invest or necessarily would, despising capitalism as I do. But SOMEBODY is goin to have to pay for the change.
