The difference is that it is only certain Palestinians that were committing war crimes, while with Israel, it was the entire Israeli government that committed war crimes. It's hard to find the individual Palestinians responsible, but the Israeli government is right there, ripe for serving justice on.

It might teach them a well-earned lesson to change their tune in dealing with Palestine.

Maybe so, but it is time to round all up those guilty of war crimes and put them away forever, regardless of nationality or party.
