It's odd. The other day I was reading an article on diabetes. It said that Iceland/Finland (I can't remember which) had the highest incidence of diabetes in the world and that they consumed more milk per capita than any where else in Europe. Also, it mentioned that diabetes was unheard of in Western Samoa until the introduction of dairy cattle from Australia/New Zealand.
