A soldier, who is friends with my husband, just got word last week that his brother (who was in the Ntl Grd) was killed in Iraq, last week.

<sarcasm>I'm sure they are feeling a lot of sympathy for Laura and George...</sarcasm>

This is the closest death to me; the first time I have actually known someone personally who lost a family member to this war (whom have the First Family lost?). I am hoping that this is as close as it gets.

The clock starts in June...
